The Northwest Regional Council and SMART Local 55 showed up strong, celebrating solidarity, skill, and the power of women in the trades. From connecting with sisters across the country to sharing their stories and experiences, the energy was nothing short of inspiring.
Every conversation, every workshop, and every moment reminded us why building together makes our union stronger.
