Due to the required precautions of the Corona outbreak all three offices of local #55 Pasco, Boise & Spokane will be closed through Friday the 3rd. We will reassess any further office closure on Monday the 6th of April. …more
NW Sheet Metal Worker Health Care Plan Notice
Notice to participants of the NW Sheet Metal Worker Health Care Plan. The Trust has made temporary changes towards the impacts of the Corona virus. Please look for notification from the trust office on the following topics.
Waiver of any out-of-pocket costs associated with testing for COVID-19 for both PPO and non-PPO providers. This would include both the cost of the test as well as office visits or other provider charges related to the testing. Treatment of COVID-19 would still be subject to applicable cost sharing and PPO/non-PPO benefits depending on the provider’s status.
Suspension of any prior authorization requirement for treatment or testing of COVID-19.
A one-time early refill on prescription drugs, with the exception of certain controlled substances.
