The impacts of the Paid Sick Leave law (RCW 49.46.200 to .210), along with L&l's impleroenting regulations (WAC 296-128-600 to -760) interpreting the new statutory sections of the Minimum Wage Act, supersede any conflicting terms in the CBA between SMART #55 and Inland NW SMACNA/lndependent Contractors.
