Liberty Lake will be the biggest facility project that Western States Caterpillar has taken on, and all of their Spokane employees will move onto the new campus once completed. With the well-being of their employees and the environment in mind, plans for the new store include eco-friendly materials in its design and automation system in the warehouse and a half-mile walking path for pedestrians.

On this project, a SMART Local 55 signatory contractor designed and installed the state-of-the-art eco-friendly HVAC system.
