Our goal as a SMART Union is to develop and foster a culture of well-being throughout our union by providing our members and their families the support and assistance they need.

Crisis Support

Emotional Support and Crisis Center (24/7 Support)

Lines for Life is an emotional support and crisis line that can assist anyone who is struggling and seeking support.

Military Helpline (24/7 Support)

Our Military Helpline offers help and hope through free, confidential support to service members, veterans and their families.

Domestic Violence Hotline (24/7 Support)

Highly-trained advocates are available 24/7/365 to talk confidentially with anyone experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship.

Suicide Prevention Hotline (24/7 Support)

Crisis Connections serves all people (in physical, emotional and financial crisis) with an emphasis on serving King County residents.

Addiction Support

Alcoholics Anonymous (24/7 Support)

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with those individuals and their family members impacted by alcoholism.

Narcotics Anonymous

NA is a nonprofit global, community-based fellowship of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean.

Marijuana Anonymous

Marijuana Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share our experience, strength, and hope with each other that we may solve our common problem and help others to recover from marijuana addiction.

OA Intergroup

Overeaters Anonymous offers a program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve StepsTwelve Traditions, and Twelve Concepts of OA.
